Zenforix Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Zenforix online store and to purchases made through it. The store is operated under the name Zenforix. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Zenforix; “you” means the person using the store or placing an order.

Using the store

By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement where you live. You agree to provide accurate, current information when placing an order and to use the store only for lawful purposes.

Products and availability

We describe and display products as accurately as we can. Product images, colors, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly from the item delivered. Product descriptions and compatibility information are provided for general shopping guidance; please review the listing and contact us with questions before ordering. Product availability can change, and a product shown on the store may become unavailable.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including when an item is unavailable, a listing or price contains an error, or we cannot authorize payment. If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout before you submit your order. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, charges, and any available delivery estimates are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and ownership transfer as provided by applicable law.

Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify. Checkout, payment, shipping, and fulfillment may involve third-party providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by law.

Website content and feedback

Store content, including text, branding, graphics, and page design, is owned by or used with permission by Zenforix and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve our store and services without obligation to you.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the store to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with store security or operation, submit false information, or introduce malicious code.

Errors, changes, and suspension

We may correct errors, update product information or prices, and modify or discontinue store features at any time. We may suspend or refuse access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, or our rights, subject to applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided as available, without additional warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law or any express product warranty we provide. To the extent permitted by law, Zenforix will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or a purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and costs caused by your unlawful use of the store or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own acts or omissions.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here. The “Last updated” date shows when the latest version took effect. Changes apply from the date posted and do not retroactively change an order already accepted.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
