Shipping policy

Where we ship

For launch, Zenforix ships to eligible residential and business street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes, islands or carrier-designated remote areas. If you are unsure whether your address is supported, contact support@zenforix.com before ordering.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping to supported addresses is $8 for orders under $70. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Express and international shipping are not offered for the launch catalog. Available options and charges are shown at checkout before purchase. A checkout rate does not override the address restrictions above.

Order review and delivery

Orders are reviewed before supplier fulfillment. Eligible card payments are authorized at checkout and captured after order review. Your bank may display a pending authorization hold; its release timing depends on your bank. Some other payment methods may charge at checkout.

If a supplier or carrier cannot serve your address, we will contact you and cancel the unfulfillable order or item. We will void an uncaptured authorization where possible or refund payment already captured rather than dispatch to an unsupported destination.

Products may ship separately from different fulfillment locations, including locations outside the United States. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels at different times. Product pages show supplier timing estimates when available. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and do not establish processing time; some products have no current supplier estimate. Tracking information is sent after fulfillment when available.
